h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

When I got home this evening, I noticed that the (really old) vcr from my bedroom was on the living room floor - it was broken, so I assumed that dad was finally getting it fixed (I need it to watch movies for uni...a hard life, but somebody's got to do it! )


Anyway, went into my bedroom, and I noticed a balloon on my bed (I'm 24 now, and I'm still batty about balloons. Bubbles too) and to it was tied a ribbon and card...I picked it up, and noticed a remote control tied to it...looked over to my tv, and on top of it was a brand new dvd and video player!!! YAY!!! A lovely top of the line LG model....so pretty!!!

YAY me!!!

I've been wanting to get a dvd player for a while now, as my brother hogs the main tv, and my mother is usually watching something in her room, so I can't watch any dvds that I need to unless it's really late at night...and now I can in my room!! YAY!!! Sorry....really excited about it - never expected THAT as the gift they were waiting delivery of!
