A bouquet of smiley - roses to you all in thanks,
Just a brief note to let my friends know that the wonderful specialist has arranged to see K. in London on Friday. My eldest son will be taking him. That is such a load off my shoulders.
K. moved into his own house on Sunday at the instigation of my eldest son. So we are both getting respite from one another.
He seems to be coping and I am sending over his prepared meals to him with friends.
I am feeling much refresehd having had two good nights rest. Thank you all for your loving concern.
With much affection,
AR1 smiley - schooloffish

Thank you all.
We have just come back from a short shopping expedition in order to get a new phone(his had broken) and a new kettle. He is still very "distrait" and sadly very out of touch. Anyway, I am sure that on Friday my super specialist will see to it that he has the right medication and the right surroundings to be stabilised. What an insidious illness. It creeps up on one, grabs one by the throat and literally throttles life, enthusiasm, in many cases the capacity to love out of one. It is not for nothing that I have called it a living death. Anyway hopefully soon he will be stabilised and back to his dear self.
Much affectiona

Tiger Susie Innuendo, Owlatron's CB!! Major project, major grief!!!

More good news, AR1, and confirmation that nothing is static, life goes on, and, no matter how awful things seem at any given moment, "this too will pass".

And there is nothing like getting your sleep to make things feel better! smiley - biggrin

I hope things continue to improve for you and K.

smiley - love and smiley - hug to you both!
