Yes, for the better part of three decades (and even some of the not-so-great part), I have been wandering about this planet in search of Meaning, Fulfillment and a really good Steak and Cheese to no avail. I seek enlightenment and satisfaction. Do they come in a Two-Pak? I would love to get both for the price of one.
I'm probably not the only one who feels this way.
How many of us have searched the world's couch cushions of religion, art, literature, philosophy, women, men, food, movies, sport und spiel, et cetera even for a little of the universe's spiritual spare change?
How many of us come up empty-handed? Do we outnumber the masses who by luck or simplicity of nature are satisfied by the moldy cheese and potato chip crumbs and paper clips and fuzz and cat hair that those couch cushions normally yield?
Just a simple question posed by a simple guy who remains hungry for he knows not what.
So far, though, the best Steak and Cheese is Freddie's Subs; Hagerstown, Maryland, USA. Go there now.
