It's been an interesting couple of days. Little has been throwing up like a good 'un and needed lots of TLC. I went to the orthodontist yesterday and again today (I got the date wrong) and when he saw me today he said the my progress was 'Phenomenal' and that he doesn't often put that in a patient's notes. It's because I've been wearing elastics and my compliance has been so good that I've overshot the correction mark. I don't think there's much to be done. He made a gap in my front teeth last time to correct a slight cross (thanks to my brother bashing my head against a wall a long time ago) and now it's time to close it again. After that, I think it's all finished!! He said it would be a bit achey - and it is!

I'm beginning to regret the fact that I won't be going to the October meet in London. I could have taken a photo of your perfect teeth!

Do you know, Gnomon, I hadn't even realised there was a meet in October. I don't think you would have been able to take a photo of my perfect teeth - they are all but perfect at the moment, but they still have the brace on, so I don't think that counts! When is it?
Oh yes, Fb - my brother and I both wanted a bath at the same time and we were trying to get past each other on the stairs, I stood on his foot by accident, but he thought I'd done it on purpose, and lost it. He grabbed hold of my head and we both went downstairs and he bashed my head on the wall. I don't think he meant to do it either, but he wasn't terribly rational at the time.
You took a bite out of a wall? ... well, I can recommend my orthodontist ...
Oh, Tonsil! I forgot to ask, I'm assuming you have a set of falsies?

Eh. Me borther and I have a few scars that we gave each other through general sibling rambunctiousness.
Um. I have about nine left of me own on the bottom, but I've never bothered to have falsies put in on the top. I grew a mustache instead.
