I'm off to my little Bruv's place for the weekend. Not that anyone will notice, no-one ever come to my personal space. I've git this pain in all the diodes down my.....
Palbert will be looking after the house and keeping the knives clean. She can't keep up my h2g2 conversations for me because the keys are too small for her paws. Must get a kittykeyboard.

You're forgetting that I have the power of animal communication, as well as being some kind of cat god, so if I'd known about this I could have transcribed Palbert's thoughts into words. Of course, as I don't have the power of telepathy, I didn't know you'd gone, so it's all a bit silly now. Sorry.

Well, now I'm back. I'm not so sure that transcribing Palbert's thoughts into words is such a good idea. Most of them aren't fit for human consumption.
Anyway, she keeps climbing in through the bedroom window and waking me up at night, so I'm thinking of sending her on a very long holiday. I here Mars is nice this time of year...
