Black as sin. A boot big enough to stow a body, alloy rims and very VERY low profile tyres.
That's my new car, right there.

Nice
As long as it doesn't have a large bore exhaust though, cause they really don't impress anyone and is a regular entry on the Petty hates thread...

Not to worry, Winnoch. No large bore exhaust.
ust because it's got the low profile tyres and the alloys doesn't mean I bought it because of that.
And I really don't think a Waxhull Meriva could ever be blinged out enough to be 'cool enough' to rub peple the wrong way.
Hej, Beatrice. Doing good. Poor as a church ,ouse right now because of the purchase of the new car, but feeling pretty happy nonetheless..

No tinted windows, no.
I did move over the moose from the old car, though, and he's now got a nice seat at the front of the car, looking out.

I only ask because I had a Fiat Uno with a large bore exhaust once I hasten to add it was my first car (the one before the one I have now..) it was cheap, and I couldn't initially afford to replace the bucket it came with. I waited till one of the sections rusted then got a whole new exhaust with an extra special silencer.. just to try to appease the neighbours i'd annoyed over the years Can you imagine the embarrassment of starting up a Fiat Uno late at night with a large bore exhaust!?
Oh thanks Beatrice! It's about time. Apart from the year i left to live in Belfast, i've been with the same company for 11 years.. long overdue a change

And from the first post I thought it was going to be something cool.
A Meriva? What happened, you got three kids you only just find out about?

Honestly.
In the 7 or so years you've known me, have I ever been bothered about what's cool or not?
No nerve hit. I know that it's supposed to be more of a family car than a car for a single guy, but I still like it.
