I got my driver's license today. Pretty much exactly a year since I began studying for my permit.

I haven't been around here much at all lately, other than checking my PS. I last posted on September 3rd. I left the Subeditors a couple days ago.

Today I bought a Kermit the Frog tshirt and a Superman tshirt. I also bought a pair of jeans, but I don't like them very much.

I have a headache. I want coffee.

Thanks, I *almost* failed, though. I think it was something about nearly running over a guy in a wheelchair, or something like that, I don't really remember. I was drunk at the time.

Probably a very old joke, but it made me laugh nevertheless.

well done...have you got a car to drive too?

I'm sure you can return the tops if you have a receipt.

Rather than caffeine why not have water...better for you...do keep a bottle in the car and some too.

Congratulations on taking your first major step into the freedom of almost-adulthood.

I barely passed my license test as well, but I think it was more to do with having an overly harsh grader.

Yeah, I was afraid that the examiner would be a jerk and fail me over some really minor mistake, but he was pretty nice.

I thought that everything had almost been set up to catch me out. So I was when I passed. I'm pretty sure I've seen my former driving instructor out and about teaching. Not sure whether she's noticed me. She always said seeing me be independent would be great.
