I'm tense and tired
Wyatt Started conversation Oct 4, 2006
It's true, according to a medical book. My left bottom eyelid is twitching involuntarily. It has been doing that for a while now, but I never really noticed it until last night, while I was watching "Seinfeld", when it started doing it a lot more.
So I looked it up in a book, and it said that if it is a small area like an eyelid, it's probably nothing serious, but it's because of tiredness or tenseness (is that a real word?)
And I know the reason I am so tired lately! Indeed, the culprit lurks amongst us this very moment.
"Seinfeld"!!!!
That's right. I have been up really late at night to watch reruns of "Seinfeld" that they show each weeknight at 11:30. "Seinfeld" is my latest obsession, and I can't bear to miss the reruns each night. So I have been staying up past 12:00 almost everynight for the last few weeks, and that is probably what is making me tired and tense, and therefore making my eyelid twitch!
No soup for you!!!

That twitching thing used to happen to me - creeped me out, too.
Honestly, get some sleep. Store up now, cause there'll be a point in your life when you just can't, and nothing sucks more than walking around like a zombie and not being able to make intelligent conversation cause you got four hours of sleep the previous night, and you just can't wake up despite two cups of black coffee...
Yeah. Sleep.

I'm feeling much better now, the twitch has gone away. And I am writing this having gotten up about five minutes ago (10:00am) and I am drinking black coffee at this very moment. But really, I have never slept very well, for some reason it takes a really long time to fall asleep.

And you're only -how old, 15? You should be able to sleep well, really.

Maybe I could hit my head with a baseball bat every night when I get in bed.

I have the same problem with sleeping. It takes me a very long time indeed to get to sleep. It's been like that for as long as I can remember though. Oddly enough I also had an eye twitch recently but that's been blamed on reading.

You too.
I've been so very busy in the last few weeks that I have barely been on here at all. I'm just going over backlog now. I probably won't be on too much longer today because my parents are coming to visit me for my birthday (which is actually tomorrow).
What have you been up to lately?
