Happy Canada Day!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Jul 1, 2007
Hey thanks.
I'm actually going to go see fireworks tonight which I haven't done in years but my friend invited me.

I ordered Canada Dry at a restaurant one time and the waitress comes back "we don't have canada dry, we have molson dry and-" and I had to cut her off "no, no. It's not beer, it's ginger ale."

Go for it! I don't know anyone that would want to eat her though.

Ah......
Imagine the scene....
Mountains in the background. Nice clean lakes full of happy. Forests with bambis & cute bears.
A friendly lumberjack wanders by, casually swinging his axe. *Cue music* "I'm a lumberjack & I'm OK" (we will not mention the transvestite bit
)
Look! Regardez (for Quebecois)" C'est un Mountie! Un Cop dans un"
Now, we build a bonfire. That's what maple leaves are for.
Jazz, do you have a decent recette for this occasion?

Ellen Posted Jul 1, 2007
Memphis has the best barbeque. Forget Celine, come on down here and celebrate.

And here's a Canadian joke that I heard last weekend...
What's the difference between Saskatchewan and yogurt?
Yogurt has a live culture!
Ah, still funny.

I like the seal one.
And I did drink Canada Dry yesterday... Which I didn't even realize until just now. I also had a waffle bowl from Dairy Queen. Yay!
I got home at about nine this morning and went to bed, it's now one, I'm awake, I'm going for a shower!
Happy Canada Day!

How can I explain Terri? Actually I've only seen it promoted/advertised myself...but it's ice cream in a large waffle-cone-essentially a bowl, if that's any help.

There's a picture of one here... http://www.dairyqueen.com/en-US/default.htm
For some reason it's not on the Canadian website.
