From what i know of you so far, i would suggest something to do with animals!
Do you want to chat about it on MSN?

Well, what are you interested in, I mean what Wouldn't you mind doing 9 to 5, Mon. to Fri. (unless you find 2 part time jobs.) And would you prefer indoor or outdoor employment - which'll likely be seasonal? Then of course, 'sit-down' or 'stand-up', etc.

Why hello jaz'd!!!
How have you been?
I don't know if I could work with animals because of allergies and I think I would get attached to the animals all the time I can work with animals as a leisure interest though
I love volunteering so far.
I want to go to university and take psychology and philosophy but that's out of interest... I'm so impractical (I would really love to write though!)

Skanky, I missed you there for a minute...
You should be a professional food critic
What should I do?
Quick, unimportant question...

If you're interested in psychology and philosophy, that's the route you should go. Something you're actually interested in is far better than something you think you could do, just because thats what looks right academically. I wasted time looking at Pharmacy and set myself back a long time because I didn't give a s**t about it. Now I find I love the whole environmental education vibe (which I did at 15) and have got into it a little too late.
Follow your heart, love; anything else and you're telling yourself porkies....

Oh, and you were close. I should be a professional wine critic.
I'm currently drinking a bottle of Radcliffe's 2002 Almenar crianza Rioja. While gentle on the nose, it retains a sense of the rolling hills of north east Spain from whence its grapes bloomed. The first taste is sensuous; a rolling of the tastebuds followed by a gentle caress of the throat. This is a wine to be loved, cherished and held close while walking beside quiet rivers. The simple finish asks no questions; there are no 'interesting bouquets' or 'berry undertones'; this is, pure and simple, an honest wine from an honest part of Iberia. Perhaps still a little young, this wine would be a wonderful investment for next year's autumn dinner parties.
See?

Do whatever makes your heart happy, whatever makes you smile, whatever makes you get up in the morning and look forward to each day, and whatever makes you think you've led a fantastic life when you're nearing the end of it, whatever gives you no regrets when you are ready to depart from this world.

Oooh, skanky sighting!!! I demand you join the party on the latest EYE thread or i will kidnap your
s!
As for the i am drinking Valfruité, a tasty little rosé, which comes in a plastic bottle & can be bought with a huge amount of effort on a public holiday in France for the princely sum of 1.13euros per litre from a petrol station. Yes folks, French logic dictates that those driving vehicles get faced with racks of grog when they fill the car up.
Can also be used as drain unblocker & probably kills fleas. The bouquet is that of imminent gastro enteritis. The colour is...erm...sort of pink.
See, being a wine critic is dead easy

Skankyrich, brilliant!
Cyberhuman, what do you think would do that for me
(I'm researching and very tired and don't feel like making my own decisions at the moment)

Look inside you and think what you do really want out of life and what do you really want to do for a job or a career. Then you'll find out.

I think it would benefit you to research pursuing a degree in Communications, as well. If you'd like to write, then by all means, go for it! I agree with Skanky 100%- go with your gut and do what appeals to you, what sounds interesting.
Philosophy and psychology studies could be very useful if at some point you developed an interest in teaching.

Cyberhuman, the problem is that I don't really want to do anything as a "career" when I start thinking of any interest of mine as an actual long-term job it scares me right off
42, excellent suggestion
PC, I've had so many people tell me I'm going to be a teacher I don't think I've got the patience for it... (short fuse)... the problem is all the information out there makes every job sound so very dreadful
Right now I'm a "government sponsored artist"
