HPLC Reds

5 different computers down the line, and still unable to get the Gilson HPLC interface to talk nicely to any sort of pc.
Windows 95, 98, millenium, and glorious 3.1 systems have all fallen by the HPLC wayside in my desperate bid to make the damned thing work, and all have failed.
Back now at square zero, where this all began, with a system that does work, but only if you cross you fingers and feel patient enough to reboot the machine after every experiment, and get very lucky.
