How could it be against international law that the US cannot be picky choosy about who it gives contracts to with it's 18.5 billion worth of tax money going to Iraq
makes sense to me...and I thought that it was one of those diplomatic moves everyone has been crying for....you know using leverage not war to get your point across...it just makes sense oh well
