Dismantling a life... too melodramatic?

Ok well I'm not moving abroad or emigrating, but it still feels like my life is being dismantled.
Broke up with OH this morning. It was going to happen at some point this week, but didn't know when because we're still moving out. Thought it better to do it now rather than having it hanging over my head all week.
Plus there's a possible maybe potential new fella from work who'll be out tonight at the leaving Doo so wanted to ensure there was no crossover at all.

t at the moment, I've done all the right things but it's still the end of a 3 year relationship.
Last day of work was yesterday, managed to keep it together and not cry 
. I'm the only girl in a team of 30+ men and didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable!
Moving out of house this week. Well, moving out of house today, but got a week to empty house before tenancy ends.
Time to do something physical methinks. I want to sit and ponder and sort it out in my head, but I don't think my brain is going to sort all this out quickly.
