I did it! I flippin climbed Ben Nevis! 
It's a hard slog but well worth it, even just for the sense of personal achievement. 6 months ago I would've brushed off the idea, a year ago I wouldn't have even conceived of it! It's good to get healthy people, then you can do stuff like this... it feels so good!

Not much to report though events have overtaken me. But I did dance me bits off on Saturday night.. though I know that doesn't count
