Nessie had it yesterday...ice in a cloth on your forehead and a cool bath works...and drink lots of water...sure it isn't a hangover?

Um... I know you're uni related, Tabs, but maybe you should look at the nhs jobs website, there are lots of jobs going about and with your experience you won't starve... they don't pay TOO much, but they do pay well and there are all sorts going around the training and development work, probably in York too.
