h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

well it's monday again. I'm quite chilled out though. I went to the union to get some advice about my job...they said I should sue! So I have an appointment to see the boss.....we'll see what he has to say! As I feel I'm in the right I'm not so bothered now.
Our gate blew off at the weekend so that is getting mended today whilst i'm at work. Going to cost about £50 but it isn't safe without it. Oh well just another set back to my finances. I put out a big bag of stuff for the charity collection today so I am feeling quite virtuous...cleaned out the closets and gave stuff away. I must try not to hoard as we haven't got the room. Hooray sun is shining again..it's been cold so far today....being virtuous must pay off

Do they come and collect it? The charity bag I mean. As I keep getting them put through the door, I fill them with stuff, and put it outside, and then it's still there weeks later.

Yes it said collect Monday and my daughter said it has gone.Otherwise ring them up and they come for it.I was just making room for more stuff really.I can now go round all the charity shops hunting for other stuff!

I'm fine, been out spending money today. got quite a lot for a small amount.

I'll have to remember that, ring them up to collect it! I've got about 3 bin bags of stuff I want to take to the charity shop, and I'm too idle to make the effort now. There used to be a shop near me that I could park outside, but now it's in the high street it's a long trek.

I love getting alot for little money., My daughter says I'm a terrible bargain hunter but after 17 years of being a single parent you get good at it.

I'm going to a Halloween party, so I was getting some material for my outfit. And I got some bits and pieces for the garden that should keep me busy. If I can get off h2g2 for 10 minutes of course!
