it is, allegedly case sensitive, so do it all in lower case. Also do you know the name of the pub/restaurant or are you using the name of either the hotel or pub chain? It needs to be the name of the pub its self as the name of the chain won't work. Sorry about the secrecy but there are pics of Cheeky Monkey and kitty on there and what with them being kids I won't make it open to the public, or too easy to get in there.
