Hey out there, does anyone know why donuts have a whole right in the middle? Machines are made to produce donuts with a hole, so it must be that they have to be that way.
But you can buy wholes of donuts from the real big ones.... ??

donuts have holes in them so they cook quicker and more evenly when they go thru the machine.
(I have no idea why I know that)

and the holes add a nice touch of novelty to such a nutritious snack.
