Oh My God
The gig was last Friday..and my word was that amazing..the greatest night of my life..better than sex (makes more sense when you see the people I've had sex with (and no..before anyone asks..that doesn't include amy..that would be really cruel)). Our seats were about five metres away from the band and they played Legal Man (already a fast song) at about double speed which sounded amazing..they also added a percussion solo where practically every band member (which is about 7-8 people) apart from Stuart Murdoch (i think) playing bass (Stuart David normally plays Bass..but not on Legal man for some reason) and the drummer al put down their instruments and grabbed a percussion instrument and bashed it insanely..everything from the bongos to a guiro (also known as that thing with the ridges which you scrape with a stick..most of them seem to look like a fish..but nobody knows why) to a pair of maracas..it was SOOOOO amazingly cool.
Anyway..in case you hadn't got the point the night was great. I loved it..and i love you too
I also love stuart david..as i tried to tell him at virtually every break in the noise.
