Good Angel - recently become obsessed to the point of psychosis with the film 'Bio-Dome' Started conversation Mar 30, 2001
I'm meant to be doing my CSYS Latin dissertation right now (on Suicide in Ancient Rome) by I really can't be arsed since the only book I've got that's of any help whatsoever is entirely in French. And even though I have a French Higher, I'm not exactly fluent: two French people in Sauchiehall Street stopped me yesterday and asked me for directions, and all I could remember was the french for left and right. I could've told them all about my summer holiday last year, or what I want to do in the future, but I can't even give simple directions!
Spanish is even worse: all I can say in that language (apart from the usual "Hello" "thank you" "goodbye") is "beer", "butter" and "where is the toilet please?"
Anyway, I'll just shove in some stuff about the Stoics and tell Mrs Garvie that I've got my place at Uni and I don't care anymore.
veni, vidi, dormi.
