How exactly does one mantain a happy fridge?
Is it decent rates of pay? Holidays to sunny climes? Company egg racks perhaps. Discuss ...

Well they like to have power. Fridges can be very uncooperative if they don't have control over their environment. They are also surprisingly sensitive to working conditions. If it is too cold, far from making their life easier as one might expect, they simply refuse to work.
