Some Stupid B*****d Has Driven Into My Car
GreyDesk Started conversation Apr 27, 2001
Some B******d has driven into the side of my car today whilst it was parked out side my house. Then driven off without leaving a note
They're stupid for not clearing up the evidence behind them. There are some lovely greeny-blue paint streaks left on the side of my little white Peugeot. And not 50 yeards down the road there is a greeny-blue Toyota MR2 owned by a neighbour with some fresh streaks of white paint on their bumper
The daylight is fading fast, so I won't do anything now. But tomorrow...
7:00am - out there with a ruler and magnifying glass.
7:10am - *rings 999* "hello Mr Policeman..."

Hope you achieved a satisfactory outcome. A friend of mine had a similar problem, approached the neighbour who just flat out denied everything in spite of the circumstantial evidence, then went to the police who noted the report ,for my friend's insurance purposes, and appeared to file it in the big black hole under their official but unfriendly grey desk (no slur on your good self intended).
Good luck with making the careless, thoughtless b******s pay.

Thanks for your concern.
Sadly things have not gone my way.
My neighbour denied everything, despite me having reported the incident to the Police. In fact the Police refused to take the number of the "offending" car because there were no witnesses. Obviously paint transfer, location of car etc etc does not constitute evidence.
Looks to me like the little f***ing sh*t has got away with it.

Isn't it always the way
May the road rise up under his wheels and drop the offending vehicle into the very bowels of hell.
Key: Complain about this post
