Good News: Your theory is correct. My journal entry on California's ballot measures can be found through google.
Bad News: I have to put quite a lot of key words in to get it to appear near the top. Also, I've gotten no comments in my journal. Perhaps I have bored my friends with my political journal entry, possibly because only one of them is a fellow Californian and has any direct interest in next month's election.
