They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them
Lest we forget

Nice.
The flow and the way of the words are.
Um, what's it, or... who's it referring to?

An event?

Post 3

Kyra, I meant I like how you write.
Kinda. That's all.

Oh.

They don't have that in the US.
Or if we do, ours probably falls differently...

Do you guys have flagday, and stuff?

I've always wondered what that one is like.

It's to remember the soldiers (all soldiers, from all nations, but especially the ANZACs) from the wars (all wars, but especially WW2). It's to remember that so many people sacrificed their lives. It's the 11th of the 11th tomorrow (here, anyway). At 11 o'clock, Australia and New Zealand will pause for one minute to remember.

Lest we forget.

Oh, okay. That sounds like a good holiday to have.

I better get going and head on out now. Lab work done as much as can for today. Thank you Kyra. It was nice chatting with you.

Quite dark out.

Mom will be upset kind of, perhaps I think.

*gulps*

It's not a holiday.

I hope you don't mind me popping in but Well Said. I live in a Navy town and we've waved off enough Sailors and Marines over the last few years. No we should not forget those who have laid down their lives
