Last night, I got to jam with one of my friends for about two hours, and I learned a ton of new stuff (most of which I immediately forgot). One thing I definitely learned was that in order to get any good on guitar, I really need to work on finger dexterity. I've quickly regained finger strength since starting to play again, but the dexterity is quite lacking. Regardless, it's always wonderful to hang with an old friend, and I look forward to doing it again sometime soon

Wow! Hard to believe that since I wrote this, we've recruited another old friend to play drums and have picked up a bassist as well. And we play together fairly regularly. I do believe I'm in a band now!
