I've finally persuaded the Admiral to join up to hootoo - U212582. 
She hasn't actually posted anything yet - I just made sure that she put something on her space so she'll get ACEd, and I set her up with the nickname 'The Admiral', although whether she'll want to stick to it is up to her - it's bedtime and I wanted to get her set up quickly.
I'm not going to ACE her, it'd be a bit 
- anyhow she's here on her own behalf.
She'd asked me to post some obscure question on Ask h2g2 - I asked why she didn't just register and then she can ask for herself, and she seemed quite enthusiastic.
I'll live to regret this - we're always fighting over PC time as it is!
