I opened my email today to find a congratulatory message from the h2g2 editors (actually, there were two) telling me that my guide entry on "Buying a Car" had been approved. I didn't know I'd been working on one!
This has happened once before, when a couple of lines from a posting I'd made were used in an entry on playground games, so I didn't get excited.
Then when I looked at the entry I found that a good three screens-worth of advice that I had posted on buying a car had been used in the entry, as well as the story of Mrs Kebab's Lada (which we called 'the Shed'). 
I'm well chuffed!
