Add an olive. Preferably on of those fancy ones with an almond tucked inside. And a little lime. Pour the whole concoction in a gallon funnel and suck it down in a single gulp. 
If that doesn't work for you, c'mon over to my place for a cosmicpolitan. Does the trick every time.
