Tomatoes were created for two reasons:
- pizza sauce
- spaghetti sauce
Anything else is not fit for human consumption!
Well, that's my theory, anyways. smiley - winkeye

I agree with both of you... But I love onions! Once in Home Economics we had to make pizzas. I made a pizza with cheese, pepperoni, a whole, er... sorry, three whole sausages , tomato, onion , cheese, cheese, cheese and cheese. Oh, and red peppers. And I forgot the extra pepperoni and cheese.

My mate made a salmon pizza smiley - sadface It's true! It had some manky stuff on it, and I was the only one who actually tried it. It wasn't too bad, for all it sounds. I think it might have had prawns as well, and cheese which didn't go well with the pepperoni shoved on as a last minute resort. (at least it wasn't poison, but it tasted worse)

I therefore have bad memories of a smiley - fish pizza. smiley - sadface

Onions are okay, but salmon? You mean the stuff in a tin? I can see prawns in some situations, but that's like a barbecue chicken pizza -- you have to be in the right mood for it, or it's awful. Giardinara is the best stuff to put on pizza. I never saw it in England... it's vegetables soaked in spiced italian olive oil. May sound strange, but it's really, really, really good!

Does salmon come in tins? I thought that was tuna. I don't like a lot of food actually, and that includes most fish and other seafood. While we're on the subject of food, I'm a boarder at school, and another boarder had poached egg and marmite on toast for breakfast this morning. i just stuck with cereal, buttered toast and hot chocolate. Much nicer. I think I'd better go now, byeBye, lûv

Yes, salmon comes in tins here, as well as tuna and other assorted goodies.
Marmite? What's marmite? I know what treacle is, I don't much like it, but I've never had marmite. Prawns are wonderful things, although they're called shrimp here, and I think seafood's okay, especially when prepared Mexican style. smiley - smiley Toast and hot cocoa is one of the world's best and easiest breakfasts!

I don't think you get salmon in tins here. Marmite's this disgusting stuff, there's something similar called vegemite, but that's vegetarian and marmite isn't. Don't ask me anything else about it, I keep away from it. We call them shrimp here too, I'm not sure whether there's a difference or not. Oh well... Don't like them, whatever. Cya, lûv

I didn't think there was a difference between prawns and shrimp... At least, prawns were explained to me as the English version of shrimp, past that I really don't know.
We ordered out and had pizza last night, and I made sure one was a pepperoni pizza. No one wanted anything but sausage, but I set them straight! smiley - winkeye

Nope, never heard of them, sorry. We've got a lot of noodle stuff... some of it from Italy, some from Japan and China, other stuff from India and Thailand... I think that has something to do with the diversity of a big city. But, yes, noodles should be a staple in any person's diet.

We have chinesey ones as well as the Super Noodles (which really are super), and Pot Noodles. Surely you have Pot Noodles. They're absolutely disgusting, but they happen in every society.
