It's my Winter Blues draining my mind

I barely have enough mental strength to keep me functioning at work - dealing with customers, colleagues, internal auditors.. and that's about it. When it comes to empathy or sympathy, that's put on hold for now.
But don't you worry - it'll pass, it always does, sooner or later - and when it does, you won't know what hit you!

Well, the winter blues turned into a full blown depression and today I'm *still* on anti-dep pills. During three weeks of vacation this summer, I tried a few days without pills, but the result was rather disheartening, so I renewed my prescription *sighs*
