Cold Vichysoisse soup.
Works every time. Either that or the old favourite, a monster fry-up. Lovely!

Same here I either have a fry up or a bacon sandwich get it everytime

My English relos swear by a fry up as a cure for sea sickness too - the only problem is getting it as far as your mouth.
