...being silly aren't I.
Ok so I was depressed and on a major downer, and for some
irrational reason I was going to resign my ACE position and
drop out of here for a while.
But I went to sleep on Tuesday morning (after nightshift)
and slept deeply, and had many dreams, so the information
processing was working well for a change. Anyway, I had a
rather weird and disturbing dream which basically went
along the lines of me telling lots of people I was leaving
h2g2, and them saying. Huh i'm not surprised, he never does
anything anyway, and I replied, Exactly!
Then in the dream i started thinking about it.

When I awoke, i awoke with the knowledge I was being daft,
and at this time more than anything, ACE's were needed to
help cope with the huge influx of newbies, so i buckled down
and did some hefty greeting.
The interesting fact out of all this is that i have had more
replies to my posts than ever before, and that is very
encouraging indeed.

So my point is, I was silly and wrong, and I am not going
anywhere for now. I may slip back into my doing little,
but perhaps, I may just keep greeting a few a week.
That's all it takes. It means the workload is shared,
which is what it is all about, isn't it. Isn't it?
