Hello my bouncy beach balls,

This being a journal of events, I felt it prudent to wait for some events instead of filling space with mindless dribble. Unfortunately events continue to happen around me, rather than to.
Yes my many chum-bums, your favorite neighborhood reporter is still pounding the pavement, leaving a resume trail, searching for his fairy-god-job.
My girl has been re-employed, my bandmates remain gainfully employed, and here I sit all broken hearted, want to work but haven't started.

although, my delicacies, I must admit having the extra time has not gone wasted.
My house is clean, I've had time to sort out odds and ends, including much neglected bills and paperwork. School vacation occurs this week and I've been lucky enough to spend time with my step daughter. The day previous I walked while she rode her bike / rollerbladed. Stones were skipped at the beach, her mom came home and we returned to capture some spectacular sunset images. Roses were smelt and fun was had by all, how much more could one ask for.

I go tonght back to contractual guarding, which allows plenty of time for literary pursuits yet pays no bills.
I have examined truely journalistic endevors, but fallen short; no avenues unguarded by the anti-college Nazi's. if I could combine all my free time with someone whom would pay me to write, all would be well with the world. Yet what would that world be called.....Whatnow?

It is good that you can spend some quality time with family, but you do sound restless to land a decent job, so here's hoping you find one soon. And no, I don't think time is free, at least my doctor and therapist and mechanic don't think so, they charge by the hour! I've been working on a painting for just the cost of materials, so I guess my time is free, but it is something I enjoy doing.
