S'OK...Not overwhelming urges to smoke/kill people yet..but is still early days...
Eating like a Hog though. All that cash saved on fags is going to be spent on food....
Going to go to yoga tonight, see i that helps, and possibly a bit of swimming to get rid of the calories...
