I don't know about you, but I'm having a blast here at h2g2. It's everything that the internet should be, everything that Lord Reith wanted the BBC to do - to educate, inform, and entertain. I've been educated and informed by several of the Guide entries and forum threads, and I've had a lot of fun in the forums too. I've asked some questions and had most of them answered, and I've answered a few myself. I've vented my spleen at one or two posts, and got a few things off my chest. I find that writing to someone, or being involved in a written discussion about a subject usually helps to clarify my thoughts on it. I've made some good friends in the discussion groups I've been involved with over the past year or two, and I'm sure that in the fullness of time the same will happen here. I'm mighty glad to be here with all you good folks.... deep joy.
