The snow has gone and the temperature has rocketed to a sub tropical 6 degrees.
I am now working very hard listening to Test Match Special from Johannesburg.
England are struggling at the moment and crucially have no Graham Onions to save the match this time. Seems very silly to leave out any garlic related player.
"You'll soon get bored doing nothing", they said when I retired. Wrong, doing nothing is an art that requires a great deal of intelligence and application to develop to its full potential. I believe I am the man to achieve it.

So you can't bowl under but you must bowl over, when you bowl enough overs your over is over and then you are out. Once you are out you come in and someone was aalready in goes out in stead when all your innies are outies then the other lot who were already out come in, you switch side and then they start throwing overs all over again and this can last for up to a week.
Have I got that about right?

That's close Clive but you missed the Quite Interesting connection with Druid ceremony.
Two wooden representations of the mighty stones of Stonehenge are carefully placed opposite each other in the middle of a field. The two priests dressed in white with ceremonial headgear stand adjacent to the wooden stonehenges.
All the worshippers, also dressed in virginal white collect around the field. Then the two nominal sacrifices walk out to the stonehenges carrying war clubs.
One of the congregation then picks up a large round pebble and shapes to attack the sacrifice with the war club standing furthest away.
If the customs have been properly observed and the congregation has been deemed worthy by the gods, it then starts raining and continues on and off for up to five days.
