Granny Weatherwax - ACE - Hells Belle, Mother-in-Law from the Pit - Haunting near you on Saturday

I was sitting stitching this afternoon, a set of 4 Winnie the Pooh characters for a Christmas pressie, when it struck me how similar the personalities were to the main h2g2 characters:

Winnie the Pooh, the bear with very little brain - the permanently confused Arthur Dent.

Piglet, the faithful friend - Ford Prefect

Tigger, the bouncy optimist - Zaphod

Eeyore, the permanently depressed paranoic - who else but Marvin!

I think I need to find another job quick!

But i have met Trillian's Child in RL, at the German Meet, she seems fairly normal, maybe it's one of those things which skip generations....

I'd say Zarniwoop too. CR was the one who was sort of outside the stories and ultimately in control, the way that Zarniwoop was supposed to pulling strings in Hitchikers.

Sorry Jack, I was a bit busy darning my own Sunday morning. Had to take all the stuffing out, redo the seams & then tile the hearth!
