Had a boring day at the office today

Heard the words "Will you take my phone for a couple of minutes, please, I'll be right back!" too often today.
You can't do your job properly if you have to answer phone calls for 10 people instead of just your own ones.
I got some encouraging response on my "Alcatraz" entry from JimiX. I have even started reading english books to improve my reading and writing of english (I don't have to use my english at all except for one weekend every year when I have to work with english speaking people.)
Reading and trying to write Guide entries is a really good exercise to keep all that up to par.
