Well, that went quick, didn´t it? I would think finding a NICE place is the problem, under presure of finding it quick...

Well, I had an advantage. Joe and I did apartment hunting a little over a year ago, because our former place had suffered a fire. (Luckily, none of our stuff was damaged.) So I was able to find my notes, and narrow the search to the places we liked before. Then it was just a matter of pricing smaller places, and doing a revisit to refresh my mind.
Even with all that, though, I do feel very lucky. But I had to be! This extended place is quite expensive.
