What is fun to a person is often age relevant, that's true - when you were 6, I'm sure the best fun was going roller-skating or playing on the swings. At the age of 15 the best fun might have been going to the mall *without* the parents tagging along. At 20, an all night party might fill the bill.
You get the idea, it changes, depending on what age you are.

That was for Unc's benefit, actually, since he seems to think that if it's not what *he* considers to be fun then it's not fun.

If you don't see a subject you'd like to discuss, you can always start a thread with that subject...
Of course it's not likely to stay on topic for very long, as the place is subject to topic drift of all kinds...

Your age? I'm sure I wasn't *allowed* to have much fun at your age, because you see, when I was your age, I was still legally a minor, so there wasn't a whole lot of what you'd call fun available to me.

I'm having fun down the pub and I'm not legally allowed to, it doesn't mean I'm gonna get drunk...no matter how many times you tell me to Tom

I grew up in a tea-totaling home, out in the middle of nowhere...
Having *your* kind of fun was simply out of the question at that age.

im not saying the onyl way to have fun is to get wasted, as i believe i said before. my point wasnt even aimed at drinking, especially. it was more about joining in.
