yes avoid it, but like a lot of things, do it once unintentionally or intentionally, then you'll either decided you'll never do it again and won't, or decided you'll never do it again until the next time you're in the pub.
This is the first time I'll have drunk properly since the last time I saw my old friends
and got so drunk I fell off my chair, made and arse of myself on here and spend about 4 hours with my head down the toilet before feeling sick and dizzy all the next day.
just say NO phoniex, you're still young and have years to get drunk in
