h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, regardless of what the info on my H2G2 homepage says, my marriage is now all over but the paperwork. I've moved out of the house and in with my dad tempoarily(sp?) It's all for the best though, we weren't getting along well for about eight months now. She was a devout Mormon, and I wasn't...Oh well.

Maybe i ought to write a Guide entry on Utah Mormons vs. Mormons everywhere else. It'd have to be unapproved, as there'd be a tremendous bias...nothing bad, but just a non-religous person's view of Utah Mormons.

Why does religion have to be such a hot spot for most people? And why is it that if someone has a different idea of what God's like, it is every religious person's sworn duty to bring them around to your way of thinking?

God, it's a mess...

Sorry to hear about your marriage. But I must concurr about your comment about UT mormons vs. $otherplace mormons. My best mormon friends are not from here. As a non-mormon Utahn I have seen many problems. Not to say that it is right for me to judge all of them.
