The Day Today
Turlough's Terrier Started conversation Mar 5, 2008
Today, I was doing some more urban explorer things, not being from here (where I live at the minute). The city is alot different from it used to be with different landmarks and things which aren't where I remember. I'm sure this is partly regeneration, but also partly things which I haven't rightly remembered!
So today I bought a good street map to avoid yesterday's mistakes and had more of a tramp around the place.
What I discovered:
A fantastic pair of hiking boots.
A long, thin baguette style thing with parma ham, cheese and a delicious herb/spice blend.
That the library and the university are NOwhere near each other, which led to my earlier confusion. I'm not sure what gave rise to thinking they were.
After that, home & rested. Then during a nice mug of tea, I locked myself out of my h2g2 account and had to start up a new one. {sigh}. Now I'm playing with doing tables in guide ML and trying to jazz up the page here.
So that's all for now.
