Ooops, I've done it again!

When I realised I'd been online for an hour and a half, I thought: "Oops, I'd better stop and go to bed, I wanted an earlyish night".
That was over 2 hours ago.
As usual when online, I'm not entirely sure what I've spent that time doing - though I guess having been away from h2g2 (busy having real life, doing Uni work, and then being on holiday) I was overdue a fix.
It's really not good for my eyes, though, and I've been tired all day and agreed to get up in the morning (sort of). When am I going to learn to deal with time properly?
Does that make sense?
