Well if darling Ruth gets her way you can probably look forward to it being filled with starter homes - she's thinking of changing legislation so its harder for locals to prevent new homes being built.
Doubtless we can look forward to the best year ever for the British Countryside.

Yet she still managed to block several developments in her own constituency. I voted for this lot last three elections. Not this time around.
