When on the day you have an interview for a promotion they award you with a 5 year service award once you come out of the interview. The fact that the award is actually a Number of months late shows that you definitely have been in the job too long.

Doesn't say much for their staff retention when they give you an award for sticking it out for half a decade!

I've got a five-year pin for 'loyal service' when in all honesty, it's been disgruntled and often surly service.
But congratulations DD! 
I suppose one should be congratulated anyway...
