Hi Mikey,

Thanks for the post on my Bristol article. If you have fond memories of the faire, why don't you come back and visit again? Unless things change drastically this season, we could comp you in. It's my 12th season working up there and we get all the comps we want.
I guess it's their way to make up for the peon wages we get....figured it out once. We are indentured servants...will have to work there for 20 seasons to pay off what the costumes cost to make.

(BTW--since I new to posting here, could I have continued this in the peer review thread or does chit-chat belong somewhere else?

This is probably a better place for chit-chat, as we do try to keep the PR threads from getting to terribly off-topic.

I actually haven't been back to the midwest for quite a few years, although I'm planning a trip back this summmer for my high school reunion.

Actually, I also have some memories of working briefly one summer at somewhere near there as a "serving wench" at some place medieval... I was appalling.
