We might be missing an s in "Pre-cook the courgette"? Who could have stolen that! 
Otherwise, it looks good to me.
I had taken a picture last time I made one, but it seems to have been lost in the Great Accidental SDcard Wipe Out...

Ah! Yes, it does look better with an added s there - I found another one in a 
so we're OK 
Oh no, sorry to hear about the SD wipeout There are software programs that can recover SD cards (I had to use one myself when an old SD card decided it didn't want to work any more) so I hope there's something you can do, but the best solution might be just for you to make this delicious recipe again! 
I can imagine the Quiche slices look very pretty with the pink, green and cream layers
