Just get a few bottles and your pretty carcass over to l´Alsace - young and fresh Zwiebelkuchen are a marriage from heaven. Don´t be a purist - they´ll tell you Zwiebelkuchen is better with young white ("Federweißer"), which is more traditional but pure nonsense.
Apart from tradition and all - Federweißer gives you the s, which is a waste of expensive calories.
