Hello. I live in the peace and quiet of a rural Suffolk village. I have always loved writing although I had not really done anything of note until finding this site.
The required push into organization and self-discipline came when I started making up bedtime stories for my son. He seemed to enjoy my tales and, as a result, I decided to start writing them down with the idea of turning them into a book.
I realized that I would benefit from some guidance which is why I joined Get Writing and although the site is due to close, I have really learned a lot since being here.
I hope you enjoy what you find; there is a wealth of excellent written work to be found on the pages of this site.
Now, where did I leave that piece of cheese?
